| Requirements: |

BE/ME degree in Telecommunication or equivalent |
| Experience: |

5 to 6 years of experience in the Radio field |

Strong mobile engineering background |

Good general understanding of mobile telecommunications |

| Main tasks: |
| - |
Follows-up the evolution of the radio system quality, proposing indicators for the continuous analysis & follow-up of radio voice & data QoS |

Proposes preventive and/or corrective actions for the provisioning of acceptable QoS for voice & data services |
| - |
Follows-up and ensures the existence of sufficient capacity in the radio network (including on the BSC-BTS and the air interfaces) |
| - |
Researches and implements solutions for continuous service improvement in respect to parameter settings and configuration |
| - |
Participates in the evaluation and recommendation of new functionalities available in new BSS software versions |
| - |
Investigates & recommends proper solutions for customer complaints, validating proposed solutions on the radio network |
| - |
Recommends measurement tools for the radio, Abis and A interfaces and related post processing tools |
| - |
Integrates new radio, macro, micro & repeater sites and issues timely integration reports |

Issues regular and ad-hoc reports |
