About the service
Roam-In allows you to make and receive calls on your Alfa Prepaid card when traveling
abroad. You can roam using three different functionalities:

You can receive calls. All calls made to your mobile phone number are transferred
to your mobile in the country you're visiting. These incoming calls are charged
as if they were international calls from Lebanon to the country you are visiting,
and the corresponding dollars will be deducted from your credit during the call. You
will also be able to receive SMS free of charge.

You can make calls using your current Alfa Prepaid number by dialing a specific chain
of short and simple characters. For example, to call the number

simply dial: *99*009613391000#YES

For more information or for help while you are traveling, you can at any moment
compose the following number *99# then press "yes" (you will then receive a free
SMS that will guide you through) or call the *99*009613391111#. (this call costs,
VAT excluded, $2.96 per minute)

You can access the help option in case you've forgotten the chronologies of
the messages, by typing *12#, then pressing "yes". This option is automatically
triggered after any wrong trial following *12#.
Important Note
Useful tips
You can benefit while abroad from the VIP service & Balance inquiry.
For inquiry about remaining balance while abroad, Just dial *11# to get a message on your mobile notifying you about the credit you
have left. This allows you to receive calls and keep track of your remaining credit
all at once. When you're abroad, the availability of the balance inquiry service depends
on the choice of local operator in the country you're visiting. If you do not want
to pay for receiving calls, you can ask your correspondent to send you an SMS, which
is free of charge to you.
How to use the service
Just take your mobile phone and your Alfa Prepaid card with you to any
country in the world where Alfa roaming service is available.
