To activate Voicemail:

• Simply divert your calls to 123.

• The activation codes for Message Box are as follows:


• If out of Reach: ** 62 * (123 or 1343) # Yes
• If Busy: ** 67 * (123 or 1343) # Yes
• All Calls: ** 21 * (123 or 1343) # Yes
• If not answered after few rings: ** 61*(123 or 1343)**(number of seconds) # Yes

To retrieve your messages:

• From your Alfa Prepaid line: Simply call 113.

• From another Alfa line: call 113, then enter your Alfa Prepaid phone number, followed by your personal code.

• From another operator's line: call 03 39 01 13, then enter your Alfa Prepaid phone number, followed by your personal code.

• From abroad: call +961 03 39 01 13, then enter your Alfa Prepaid phone number, followed by your personal code.

Your personal code is by default 9999. You can change it by calling 113*.

* The call to 113 is charged 36 cents/min at peak time, 28.8 cents/min from 10:00 pm till 12:00 midnight, or 21.6 cents/min from 12:00 midnight till 8:00 am.
