Beirut, Lebanon - June 17, 2026 - Alfa has started the rehabilitation of its damaged network sites in South Lebanon and West Bekaa where access and repair work are currently possible.
Technical teams are carrying out repair and rehabilitation works while also implementing temporary and alternative solutions to restore the service as quickly as possible. As part of these efforts, Alfa has already restored the service in 20 sites across the districts of Zahrani, Tyre, Nabatieh, and Hasbaya.
The company said work is progressing under a comprehensive recovery plan and in close coordination with the Ministry of Telecommunications, the Lebanese Army, and other relevant authorities to restore network stability and ensure service availability to customers.
Alfa has also shared updates of the ongoing field assessments where 11 sites have been found to be destroyed while 4 others have sustained partial damage. Survey and evaluation efforts remain underway as restoration work continues across the affected regions.
