Beirut- Dec 1, 2021: Alfa would like to inform its subscribers in the North that a services slowdown is being experienced in the region. This is happening due to an outage occurring on Ogero’s fiber optics network which feeds the Alfa network in the area.
The issue is under close monitoring and Alfa is following it up closely with the Ministry of Telecom and Ogero in an effort to restore the service to its normal state.
