AlfaNet consists of a subscription-based fast internet connection that can be used at your home or office, at a discounted price. This service is available through a dedicated data SIM locked to an electricity powered, 4G+ routers.
We are now introducing a new way to enjoy Alfanet bundles, offering you more flexibility and control over your internet experience.
1- AlfaNet Bundles
You can activate a bundle that suits your needs and activate additional bundles in parallel at any time.
2- AlfaNet with Add-Ons
Data Add-On is extra data, valid for 3 days.
Choose a bundle with automatic Add-Ons from the start. Once your main bundle is fully consumed and is still valid, a Data Add-On will be activated automatically so you can keep browsing without interruption.
If the first Data Add-On has expired or is fully consumed while the main bundle is still valid, a second and last Data Add-On is automatically activated. An Add-On validity can bypass main bundle validity.
Activate a new AlfaNet Bundle Anytime (With or Without an Add-On)
You can also subscribe to the same bundle or choose a new one at any time before your current bundle is fully used or expired. In this case:
- The bundle price is charged immediately upon activation.
- When you activate a new bundle, you will first continue using the remaining MBs from your previous bundle until they finish or expire, then usage will switch to the new bundle MBs.
- If you are subscribed to an Alfanet bundle without Data Add-Ons and want to switch to one with Data Add-Ons, you can do it at any time, even if your current bundle is still active. You can also switch back from a bundle with Data Add-Ons to one without Data Add-Ons.
Good To Know
- You must choose your preferred experience (AlfaNet with or without Add-Ons) upon selecting your bundle.
- Add-On charges apply only when the Add-On is enabled. Otherwise, only the main bundle price will be charged.
- Add-Ons will be enabled when:
- The main bundle MBs are consumed before the end of the bundle validity period.
- The first Add-On MBs are consumed or when the first Add-On validity period expires and the main bundle is still valid.

- If all your MBs are consumed before the renewal date, you can activate another bundle online at any time. Extra MB consumption is not available.
- When the bundle subscription expires, remaining MBs, if any, will be lost.
- The Alfanet line can receive credits and recharge transfers.
- SMS notifications will be sent to a secondary number (it can be an Alfa or a non-Alfa number).
- If you cancel your bundle during its validity, your data will remain active until your main bundle validity.
Postpaid
