On the 9th of December 2016, as part of the “Alfa 4-Life” CSR program, Alfa, managed by Orascom Telecom, marked the beginning of the Christmas season as the SOS Children's Villages Choir sang “Joy to the World”. The concert was held at the UNESCO Palace hall, where 57 Children from the SOS Villages performed an amazing program.
The concert consisted of two parts, the first was a dazzling adaptation of “Le Petit Poucet” where the children of the SOS Choir amazed the crowd through an emotional roller coaster. In the second part of the concert the attendees enjoyed the choir singing Lebanese patriotic songs as well as a list of Christmas carols with exceptional precision and emotion. The children had rehearsed throughout the year with the help of the professional singing coach Mrs. Caroline Solage to deliver such an exceptional performance.
