For Lebanese Residents

ID, valid passport, Military Service Card, Army Reserve Card, or a statement from the military
Deposit of $100 when migrating from prepaid to postpaid, and $50 when purchasing a new postpaid line

 

For Foreign Residents

Valid Passport or Residence Permit
Deposit of $100 in case of line migration, or $50 in case of new postpaid line.

N.B.: if you don’t have a residence permit, please bring one of the following proof of residence:  Letter of Guarantee, deposit of $250 per line, Residence Certificate stamped by the mayor, water bill, PSTN, electricity bill (issued in your name), house lease contract, or house property deed.

Direct Debit at the bank is mandatory.

 

For the Foreign Non-Resident

Valid Passport
Deposit of $250 per line
Direct Debit at the bank is mandatory.

 

Alfa Business required documents are:

Subscription Agreement: signed by the authorized person
Commercial circular: signature authorization not older than 1 year
Commercial register: stamped
Direct debit by the company name, signed by the authorized person and stamped
Identity Card of the authorized person

 

When an existing business customer is adding a line to their account, the commercial circular under DOC query should be verified to make sure that it's not older than 1 year, otherwise a new one should be provided.

 

One of the following Proofs of Residence of the authorized person (not older than 3 months):

  1. Residence certificate stamped by the mayor
  2. Residence permit
  3. Water, PSTN or electricity bill issued in the name of the customer
  4. House Lease contract or House Property Deed

 

One of the following documents is a must and should not be older than 3 months. Each should be in the name of the company:

  • Last electricity bill
  • Last OGERO fixed line bill
  • Justification of office rental
  • Proof of Office Property
  • VAT document

N.B: Foreign companies don't have commercial register and circular. They should provide a Factual Statement, signed and stamped by the Ministry of Commerce and Economy, in addition to the other formalities.

Roaming subscribers will be alerted about their data consumption by SMS, in addition to logging in to Alfa’s mobile application --> My Account --> My Bill.

CTN: Lebanese community telecommunication network. The cost of international calls is fixed by ministerial decree.

You can at any time suspend the line (Temporary Suspension) and pay a suspension fee of $ 10 / month (VAT excluded) by calling our helpline on 111 or sending an email to alfa.customercareteam@alfamobile.com.lb

 If you have an Alfa Postpaid or Business line, you have to come in person to receive a new one.

One of the following must be presented:

Moreover, you can authorize someone on your behalf to replace the lost or stolen SIM card. The authorized person should hold his/her valid Identity Card along with an express delegation signed by you. In case of an Alfa Business line, the delegation must be stamped with the official company logo.

 

 If you hold an Alfa Prepaid line, you have to come in person to retrieve a new SIM card.

Limited International Access
The Limited International Access enables subscribers to make international calls. Subscription is free of charge. The limited access is $50. After 3 months, the $50 limit can be changed to $80.

Unlimited International Access
This service allows you to make international calls for an unlimited amount (80% of your deposit).
To activate the Unlimited International Access, you must submit a bank guarantee or a deposit of $750, along with a direct debit from the bank as a method of payment. The international Letter of Guarantee subscription is free of charge and is activated within 24 hours.

Roaming
Subscription to the Roaming service is free of charge. You must submit a Letter of Guarantee or deposit of $1000/line, along with an automatic withdrawal. Make sure that we have an agreement with the country you are visiting.

SMS Roaming
Subscription is free of charge. Be sure that we have an agreement with the country you are visiting.
SMS roaming is activated by default on all postpaid users’ lines.

Regional Roaming
Subscription is free of charge.
Requirements:

  • Letter of Guarantee or deposit for an amount of $300/line
  • Automatic withdrawal

We have four bill cycles. Monthly subscriptions are always paid in advance. Consumption is paid as follows:

Bill cycle 8: Consumption between the 9th at 0:00 and 8th at 24:00 of each month
SMS bill will be delivered between the 10th and 11th of the month.

Bill cycle 15: Consumption between the 16th at 0:00 and 15th at 24:00 of each month
SMS bill will be delivered between the 17th and 18th of the month.


Bill cycle 22: Consumption between the 23rd at 0:00 and 22nd at 24:00 of each month
SMS bill will be delivered between the 24th and 25th of the month.


Bill cycle 25: Consumption between the 26th at 0:00 and 25th at 24:00 of each month
SMS bill will be delivered between the 27th and 28th of the month.

  4. Jibayat Domicile

    Jibayat is a collection company that delivers invoices to Alfa clients and collects the duesat the same time. The dispatch rider visits the client according to your given address. The date of the invoice issue is the 25th and the client has a delay between the 5th and 19th of the following month. The amount must be paid directly to the dispatch rider and a receipt will be given on the spot.

During the bill cycle, you will receive up to 3 SMS notifications about your consumption to help you keep track of your bill.
