Beirut, Lebanon on October 23, 2023: Alfa announces that it is offering its postpaid subscribers 10 days to recapture their lines which were cancelled after their respective banks suspended the bill domiciliation service.
Interested postpaid subscribers can visit any Alfa Store and submit a line recapture request within a 10-day period, starting October 24 until November 2, 2023 (inclusive). They should come in person and bring with them a proof document explicitly stating that the nonpayment is due to the bank and proceed to settle outstanding invoices, if any.
This recapture process applies strictly on numbers that are still available for sale.
