If you would like to migrate back to Alfa Prepaid, you can only do so within a maximum period of 90 days, after your initial migration to Alfa Postpaid. This can be done at any Alfa dealers or Alfa Store.
Required documents
As a Lebanese, you will need:
- An official ID, valid passport, Military Service Card or a statement from the military
You can choose the payment method you prefer.
As a foreign resident, you will need:
- A valid passport or residence permit
- A deposit of $50
Direct debit at the bank is mandatory.
N.B.:
If you do not have a residence permit, please bring one of the following proof of residence documents:
- Letter of Guarantee
- Residence Certificate stamped by the mayor
- Water bill
- PSTN bill
- Electricity bill (issued in your name)
- House lease contract
- House property deed
As a foreign non-resident, you will need:
- A valid passport
- A deposit of $50
