Under the patronage and in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Telecommunications Jamal Jarrah, and with the support of Alfa, managed by Orascom TMT, Sesobel inaugurated its boutique in Ashrafieh, showcasing its new chocolate and biscuit brand, Les Délices d'Alice. The store was fully equipped and renovated in harmony with the new brand. This project is part of the Alfa 4-Life CSR program and within the context of Alfa's commitment to the UN Sustainable Development Goals for 2030 and continuous support to Sesobel and the causes involving people with iron will.
The opening ceremony was attended by Alfa CEO and Chairman Marwan Hayek, Sesobel Executive Director Fadia Safi, a crowd of interested parties, media representatives and Alfa staff.
Hayek said that “this initiative is an expression of Alfa's faith in the capabilities of those who have a strong willpower and in support of Sesobel sustainability” hoping that “this new boutique will ensure the continuity of the association and a renewed start thereof. Its history in making chocolate began 30 years ago, and had to be supported to launch the updated brand and to renovate this shop to keep pace with it.”
