Beirut, Lebanon - November 13, 2025: Alfa organized a training day as part of its ongoing road safety traffic awareness campaigns for its staff. The event included a live crash scene emergency management session, reinforcing Alfa’s ethical responsibility towards public safety.
The drill held, in coordination with the LIRSA Academy, was attended by 170 employees who use company vehicles to perform their duties in the presence of Chairman and CEO, Rafic El Haddad.
El Haddad noted that “this initiative exemplifies Alfa’s innovative approach to thinking outside the box. It comes as part of a series of ongoing measures, trainings, and awareness activities implemented throughout the year, as part of Alfa’s commitment to ISO 39001 Road Traffic Safety Management System.”
He added that “Alfa cars recorded 0 traffic tickets during the first half of 2025, reflecting the team’s commitment to public safety rules and their national responsibility on the roads”.
He continued: “Today we celebrate 8 years since Alfa became the 1st company in the MENA region to obtain ISO 39001. On this occasion, we reaffirm our commitment to road safety rules and to effective partnerships with the experts in the domain of road safety. We also emphasize that continuity is a fundamental pillar of our strategy and of our commitment to complying with laws and regulations”.
