Alfa 365 life cycle

• During your 1 week active period:

If you consumed all the Data, minutes or SMS, you can recharge your line to:
- Renew your Alfa365 plan by Sending SMS to 1050 enclosing <RA>
- Activate any other data bundle (ie: Mobile internet service, weekly data bundle, WhatsApp bundle 300MB)

• During retention period and beyond the 1 week validity:

Once the 1 week active period is over, you will enter retention period for 358 days during which, you can neither make/receive calls, send SMS, nor use data.

• Last day retention period:

On the last day of the retention period, your Alfa365 line will be cancelled. Renew the Alfa365 $5 plan to prevent losing it and to gain one year extra validity.

Alfa365 plan is not renewable automatically; you can renew it by:

Preferred Number

Subscribers are entitled to make calls to 1 preferred Alfa number for FREE* during weekends.
*Fair usage policy : 4hrs / weekend

Preferred Number rules:

• Any additional calls exceeding 4 hours will be deducted from your allocated weekend minutes or charged $0.14 / minute.
• A maximum of 60 minutes per call is allowed, after which the call will be dropped.
• You can change your preferred number once per the plan’s lifecycle.

• Send an SMS to 1043 to :
  - Select your preferred number: S followed by your Alfa preferred number 
  Example : S<preferred number>
  - Check your selected Alfa preferred number, send “L” to 1043

Important To Know

• For a successful renewal of any U-Chat plan, the subscriber should have a minimum of $4.5 in his account to renew U-Chat $4.5 or $8.75 to renew U-Chat $8.75.
• The weekend starts on Saturday at 00:00:00 and ends on Sunday at 23:59:59.
• Preferred number modification is free of charge.
• Subscribers can change their plans as much as they want during weekdays.
• Changing plans is only allowed once during weekends (U-Chat to Alfa prepaid & U-Chat to Alfa ).
• Changing from one U-Chat plan to another is not allowed during weekends.
• Changing from any U-Chat plan to Alfa Postpaid is allowed at any time.
• Mobile Internet subscribers will benefit from their bundle’s extra MB rate and not the extra U-Chat plan rates.
• Any other product/service that grant less than 500MB won’t be able to benefit from LTE network. e.g.: Uchat , WhatsApp, 4x4.
• Subscribers are not allowed to benefit from:
  Data Pay As You Go
  Friends & Family
  Ehkineh
• When you cancel/modify your U-Chat plan, the remaining Minutes, SMSes and data will be lost, and the U-Chat price is non-refundable.
